LOOK OUT LONG ISLANDThe other day I received a phone call
from Micheala. It started out with her telling me "we have to go out to celebrate" Now the mother figure in me is thinking she passed her regents or she got a great score on her S.A.T's(both to early to take but hey I can dream). When I ask what the occasion is, she tells me
I PASSED MY ROAD TEST TODAYI hear myself saying "That's great Mckay" and my mind is going NO she's too young, it's to soon, she still just a baby!Of course I am so proud of her and I am in awe of her.As I stand on the sidelines of her life and I watch her grow and mature, I can not believe the poise in which she holds herself and the gumption she exhibits.
So to my oldest munchkin, Congratulations! I luv you and I am so proud of you. Just remember to be careful out there.
